Nancie Lumpkins, CEO/President, established Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. in 1998. Ms. Lumpkins offers over 24 years of program management, financial, and strategic planning experience. She has led the company from two employees to over 300. Prior to Imagine One, Ms. Lumpkins managed approximately $12M of annual sales and 112 employees providing engineering, T&E, installation, technical support, and program management services for C4I programs, as well as both tactical and non-tactical local- and wide-area networks. She has extensive knowledge of analysis, resource planning, acquisition support, client relationships, management, human resources, and business and proposal development, as well as extensive experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations program and financial management areas. Ms. Lumpkins has a Masters in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and BA in Human Development from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Patricia A. Trossbach, Senior Vice President, is responsible for supporting the program and technical efforts in Patuxent River, MD and Charleston, SC, specifically NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAWCAD and NESEA. She offers over 22 years of professional experience in the Financial, Contracts, Information Technology, Program/Project Management, Business Development, Configuration Management, Acquisition, and Logistics fields. During her professional career, Ms. Trossbach has received numerous commendations for outstanding performance, and she continually strives to provide customer satisfaction.

Austina M. Ivanyshyn, Vice President of Corporate Operations, is responsible for oversight of company-wide services including Contracts, Financial, Human Resources, Information Technology, Pricing and Administration. She serves as the customer service contact for field operations, assisting the Regional Vice Presidents in meeting strategic and short term goals.  Ms. Ivanyshyn has over 30 years working in various Information Technology positions and providing support to in-house customers, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining regulatory standards. In addition, she has strong budget experience with an emphasis on analysis and management reporting. Ms. Ivanyshyn holds both a BA in Psychology and a MS in Interdisciplinary Science from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Steven Daczkowski, Vice President, has over 19 years of combined management consulting and military leadership experience and is responsible for the Lexington Park Operations and NAVAIR Programs. He started at Imagine One as a Program Manager in April 2005 and was promoted to Senior Manager in January 2010. He will continue driving business development efforts within NAVAIR and other agencies. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Naval Flight Officer and an Advanced Mission Systems Project Officer. He earned a MA in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Program Management Institute (PMI). Most recently, Mr. Daczkowski completed the prestigious Leadership Southern Maryland Program.

Timothy Ahern, Vice President of Washington, DC Operations is responsible for technical efforts in the Washington Metropolitan area and Norfolk, VA, specifically NAVSEA, USCG, and other government agencies. Mr. Ahern has more than 30 years of experience as a Senior Naval Officer, including two ship commands and eight years as Program Manager, Surface Mine Warfare Program and Surface Mine Warfare Ships. He has an MA in International Affairs from the Naval War College, an MA in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Mr. Ahern is also a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College in Program Management.

Philipp Charles, Vice President of Charleston Operations, provides business development and strategic planning; his expertise has led the company and particularly the Charleston Operations in helping to expand our Test & Evaluation and CYBER Engineering Services. He now manages a growing force of 80+ professionals and promotes business expansion. Mr. Charles has held several high level engineering positions at SPAWAR System Center Charleston, culminating as Senior Executive Service (SES) Technical Director SSC Atlantic / Charleston. He has held positions as Chief Engineer, Lead Project Engineer and Program Manager. Mr. Charles has written numerous publications and acquired many performance awards throughout his military and civil service career. He holds a MS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Engineering Management. Mr. Charles also served meritoriously in the Presidential Honor Guard of the US Marine Corps.

Marisa Davis, Director of Corporate Communications, manages internal and external communications and conducts public relations, marketing, business development, and promotional activities. She is responsible for creating and maintaining the corporate experience and other company SharePoint databases. Her 13 years in professional work has been in marketing, event promotion, writing, and public relations. Ms. Davis has a BA in Humanities from Washington State University.
