Imagine One Announces the Promotion of Controller at Corporate Headquarters

Please join us in congratulating Geraldine Bounds who has been promoted to the position of Controller for Imagine One Technology & Management.

Ms. Bounds joined Imagine One in 2002, with a very strong financial background from prior positions in both the government consulting and commercial industries. She manages all aspects of the Finance department including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements and overall assessment of the financial status of the company. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of audit and tax activities, along with maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Ms. Bounds holds a Bachelor’s of Science B.S. in Accounting from the University of Mary Washington.

As Controller, Ms. Bounds will continue to expand financial strategic initiatives that provide executive management with the information to help guide business decisions.
