Nancie Lumpkins, CEO/President, established Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. in 1998. Ms. Lumpkins offers over 34 years of program management, financial, and strategic planning experience. She has led the company from two employees to nearly 400. Prior to Imagine One, Ms. Lumpkins managed approximately $12M of annual sales and 112 employees providing engineering, T&E, installation, technical support, and program management services for C4I programs, as well as both tactical and non-tactical local- and wide-area networks. She has extensive knowledge of analysis, resource planning, acquisition support, client relationships, management, human resources, and business and proposal development, as well as extensive experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and financial management areas. Ms. Lumpkins has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and BA in Human Development from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Patricia Trossbach

Chief Operating Officer

Patricia A. Trossbach, Chief Operating Officer (COO), has dedicated more than thirty years to supporting the DoD support services industry.  As COO for Imagine One, her effective and efficient organizational management improves company performance and facilitates the achievement of Imagine One’s mission, goals, and metrics. Built on a steadfast dedication to process-driven management focused on strategy, performance planning, measurement, analysis, and regular progress assessment, Ms. Trossbach’s notable career includes Domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program support and other complex program and technical management efforts for numerous DoD clients, including Naval Air systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), and Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic.  Ms. Trossbach continually strives to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and has received numerous commendations throughout her career for outstanding performance.

Keith Birkholz

Keith Birkholz

Vice President of Vertical Lift, Foreign Military Sales and Commercial Derivative Aircraft Programs Business Unit

Mr. Birkholz joined Imagine One as a Senior Manager in October 2012. He has managed several programs at Imagine One, including the V-22 Osprey Joint Program Office (PMA-275) Training Support Services contract, and manages forty-nine personnel supporting PMA-275 in four dispersed sites. Mr. Birkholz served in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1 Cobra pilot, retiring at the rank of Colonel after commanding PMA-276, the H-1 Helicopter Program Office. Mr. Birkholz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Carthage and a Master’s degree in Military Studies from USMC Command and Staff College.

Philipp Charles

Senior Vice President of Command, Control, Innovation Technology Business Unit and Charleston Operations

Mr. Charles provides business development and strategic planning for Imagine One’s Charleston business unit. His expertise has led the company, and particularly Charleston Operations, in expanding our Test & Evaluation and Cyber Engineering Services. He now manages a growing force of 20+ professionals and promotes business expansion. Mr. Charles has held several high-level engineering positions at SPAWAR System Center Charleston, culminating as Senior Executive Service (SES) Technical Director SSC Atlantic / Charleston. He has also held positions as Chief Engineer, Lead Project Engineer and Program Manager. Mr. Charles has written numerous publications and acquired many performance awards throughout his military and civil service career. He holds an BS in Electrical Engineering and a master’s from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Engineering Management. Mr. Charles also served meritoriously in the US Marine Corps Presidential Honor Guard.

Jim Fahlsing

Senior Vice President of Maritime Cyber / IT Business Unit and National Capitol Area Operations

Mr. Fahlsing is responsible for the business base with the Navy, Coast Guard, and other Federal Government Customers, managing strategic IT and cyber growth initiatives as well as overall growth in the Washington D.C. Region. Mr. Fahlsing has a strong background in operations, business development, and team building. He has over 30 years of experience within the government and commercial cyber security domains. His prior experience includes Vice President positions in profit and loss management and as Director of Programs and Business Development. He also served as a Program Manager and Chief Electrical Systems Engineer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Fahlsing holds a MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Mr. Fahlsing is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brandy Marsh

Vice President of Corporate Operations

Ms. Marsh is responsible for the oversight of company-wide support services, including Contracts, Financial, Human Resources, Information Technology, Pricing, and Administration. She serves as the customer service contact for field operations, assisting the Business Unit Vice Presidents in meeting strategic and short-term goals. Mrs. Marsh has over ten years of experience supporting Imagine One Corporate Operations where her efforts have been focused on compliance, data analytics, and process improvement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Jennifer Everhart

Jennifer Everhart

Vice President of Finance

Ms. Everhart joined Imagine One in 2018, with a very strong financial and accounting background from prior positions as Chief Financial Officer, consultant to government contractors, tax accountant, Associate Professor of
Accounting, and Auditor. She oversees the accounting and pricing departments. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of DCAA audits, development and submission of budgets, along with maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. As VP of Finance, Ms. Everhart will continue to expand financial strategic initiatives that provide executive management with the information to help guide business decisions. Ms. Everhart holds a B.S. in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). She also holds a M.S. in Accounting from Liberty University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland.
