Nancie Lumpkins, CEO/President, established Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. in 1998. Ms. Lumpkins offers over 24 years of program management, financial, and strategic planning experience. She has led the company from two employees to over 300. Prior to Imagine One, Ms. Lumpkins managed approximately $12M of annual sales and 112 employees providing engineering, T&E, installation, technical support, and program management services for C4I programs, as well as both tactical and non-tactical local- and wide-area networks. She has extensive knowledge of analysis, resource planning, acquisition support, client relationships, management, human resources, and business and proposal development, as well as extensive experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations program and financial management areas. Ms. Lumpkins has a Masters in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and BA in Human Development from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Patricia A. Trossbach, Senior Vice President, is responsible for supporting the program and technical efforts in Patuxent River, MD and Charleston, SC, specifically NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAWCAD and NESEA. She offers over 22 years of professional experience in the Financial, Contracts, Information Technology, Program/Project Management, Business Development, Configuration Management, Acquisition, and Logistics fields. During her professional career, Ms. Trossbach has received numerous commendations for outstanding performance, and she continually strives to provide customer satisfaction.
Brandy Marsh, Director of Corporate Operations, is responsible for oversight of company-wide services including Contracts, Financial, Human Resources, Information Technology, Pricing, and Administration. She serves as the customer service contact for field operations, assisting the Regional Vice Presidents in meeting strategic and short term goals. Mrs. Marsh has over nine years of experience supporting Imagine One Corporate Operations where her efforts have been focused on compliance, data analytics, and process improvement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
Jim Fahlsing, Vice President of Washington D.C. Region, is responsible for the business base with the Navy, Coast Guard, and other Federal Government Customers. He manages for the strategic growth initiatives in IT and Cyber along with the overall growth in the Washington D.C. Region. Mr. Fahlsing has a strong operations, business development, and team building background. He has over 30 years of experience within the government and commercial Cyber security domains. His prior experience includes Vice President positions in P&L management and as Director of Programs and Business Development. He also served as a Program Manager, and Chief Electrical Systems Engineer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Fahlsing holds a MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Mr. Fahlsing is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Fred Severson, Vice President of Lexington Park Operations, is responsible for providing Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) contracts, program management oversight, and business development support. Mr. Severson has previously worked for other Defense Contractors as a Department Manager in charge of three geographically dispersed branches with personnel working in multiple programs. He has extensive experience providing systems engineering, test and evaluation, program management, and supervisory support to NAVAIR Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)/DoD. He was former Active Duty Navy and is currently a Navy Reservist Commander with over 26 years of military experience as a Helicopter Pilot, amassing over 3,500 mishap-free flight hours. Mr. Severson has a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and a Master’s degree in Systems Technology (Space Systems Operations) from the United States Naval Postgraduate School (USNPS) in Monterey, California. He also attended and successfully completed the Naval Aviation Safety Officer course and recently received his Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Philipp Charles, Vice President of Charleston Operations, provides business development and strategic planning; his expertise has led the company and particularly the Charleston Operations in helping to expand our Test & Evaluation and CYBER Engineering Services. He now manages a growing force of 80+ professionals and promotes business expansion. Mr. Charles has held several high level engineering positions at SPAWAR System Center Charleston, culminating as Senior Executive Service (SES) Technical Director SSC Atlantic / Charleston. He has held positions as Chief Engineer, Lead Project Engineer and Program Manager. Mr. Charles has written numerous publications and acquired many performance awards throughout his military and civil service career. He holds a MS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Engineering Management. Mr. Charles also served meritoriously in the Presidential Honor Guard of the US Marine Corps.
James Krout, Vice President of Business Development, focuses on strategic growth initiatives and manages the overall companywide business development efforts across the Regional groups in Patuxent River, MD, Washington DC and Southeast Regions. Mr. Krout has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience gained in the DoD and Federal Civilian sectors. He oversaw services in program and acquisition management, engineering, software development, logistics, statistics and IT. Mr. Krout holds BS of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the American Intercontinental University. He also attended the Keenan Flagler Executive Business School, University of North Carolina in a program intended for high performing Senior Executives.
Claude Valliere, Vice President of Tactical Programs & FMS Business Unit, provides program management oversight, business development support, and strategic planning for Imagine One business areas supporting DoD tactical platforms and associated support systems. He has an extensive background in leading teams and performs all duties associated with program management, including contract execution, financial management, risk management, manpower, and stakeholder interface. Mr. Valliere has over 30 years of DoD experience as a program manager, engineering manager, and systems engineer. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, retiring at the rank of Captain. Mr. Valliere holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Science from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Dowling College.
Keith Birkholz, Vice President of Vertical Lift, Foreign Military Sales and Commercial Derivative Aircraft Programs Business Unit, joined Imagine One as a Senior Manager in October 2012. He has managed several programs at Imagine One, including the V-22 Osprey Joint Program Office (PMA-275) Training Support Services contract, and manages forty-nine personnel supporting PMA-275 in four dispersed sites. Mr. Birkholz served in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1 Cobra pilot, retiring at the rank of Colonel after commanding PMA-276, the H-1 Helicopter Program Office. Mr. Birkholz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Carthage and a Master’s degree in Military Studies from USMC Command and Staff College
